About me

Hi ! My name is Aimi and I am English teacher! I was born&raised in the Philippines. I am half Japanese and half Filipino. I speak four languages but I mainly speak English. I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and I became a licensed Physical Therapist shortly after. In that same year. I moved to Japan to teach English.I have been enjoying teaching English at English School WAKUWAKU since 2018!

My teaching philosophy

As a nursery English teacher, I aspire to instill good values and encourage the kids to love English language through singing, dancing, playing and fun conversations !

Hi there ! My name is Masayuki Kato. I was born raised in Japan and had lived in New Zealand for ten . I mainly assist English and nursery teachers while helping to provide an English-speaking environment for the kids. I have been working in WAKUWAKU since 2018 !

Hi! My name is Rona, I come from a family of teachers and I have happily carried that on by following my mother’s footsteps. I finished my Early Childhood Montessori English Phonics at Social Enterprise English Language School at SEELS Waseda, Shinjuku, Tokyo,Japan. I have also completed the Advanced 120-Hour TEFL/TESOL Classroom-Based Course accredited by ACCREDITAT, an organization based in the United Kingdom. On top of that, I am also certified to teach all levels of EIKEN an TOEIC.

My Philosophy in Teaching

As a teacher, we must ensure that learning takes place in a safe, open and supportive environment so that students learn the important aspect of developing and positive relationships with others. I understand the importance of using instructional strategies and techniques that are appropriately relevant to the different learning styles and needs of students in order to become an effective educator.
